How to Enable Transaction FTP Export

Click on Setup > Account Settings.
Click on the Transactions tab.
Select Enable Transaction FTP Export.
Enter FTP Host.
Enter FTP User Name.
Enter FTP Password.
From the File Format To Be Sent menu select Default transaction report.
In the Recipient Emails field, put in the email addresses of the people who should receive notification that the export has occurred.
Click Save.
