STEP 1: Open the Create Transaction Form Pop-up
- Click on Setup Menu
- Click on Transaction Form Setup
- Click on Create Transaction Form
STEP 2: Name and setup the Transaction Type
- Select the Waste Stream Product from the drop-down list
- Enter a name for the Transaction (e.g. Product X Pickup) and a description
- Enter a Transaction Abbreviation (this will be shown on the app so it should be obvious)
- Click the checkbox if this is Pickup or Dropoff
STEP 3: Continue with the Transaction Forms properties
- Click the checkbox if this transaction is to be available on Mobile and can be done through a Paper form
- From the drop-down list, select the First participant in the transaction
- Select if they are performing an inbound or outbound action (If it’s a hauler and they are picking up it is inbound)
- Select the second participant from the drop-down list
- Select if the participant can initiate the transaction, can adjust it afterwards and if they are a beneficiary if there is payment involved. NOTE: We recommend one participant to initiate per transaction to reduce the number of mobile devices required)
STEP 4: Complete the required document section
- Select if there is a document to upload, a photo of the items and/or if a comments field is needed
- Make any of the above three fields mandatory, if desired
- If you want to name a specific document, enter the name and click add field
- If a Scale Ticket is required, click the check box then select if two scale tickets are required or one
- Click Generate Transaction Template
