What are Paper Forms?

Paper forms are exact replicas of the transactions from the app, in a printed form. They can

only be generated by Participant Admins, and each form has a unique identifier, so it cannot be

copied and reused multiple times. i.e. One form can only be used for one transaction.

Paper forms are only to be used when it is not possible to use the Diversys App to complete a transaction.
