1. Open the Transaction in Question.
1. Click on Main Menu.
2. Click on Transactions.
3. Click on the Transaction you need to view.
2. Review the information.
1. You can review the information in each section.
2. To see the next section (or hide) click the drop-down arrow.
3. You can review the signature and compare against your own records
4. Click Back when ready.
3. If you need to submit an adjustment.
1. Click on the checkbox beside the transaction to adjust.
2. Click on the Pencil icon.
3. Expand the section you need to adjust
4. Click on the field beside the item that is incorrect and add the correct data
5. Click on Action and select Adjust
6. Click Submit
You will then see the listing as Adjustment Requested.
