1. Click on Sites.
2. Click +.
3. Select a Business Name from the drop-down menu.
4. Type in a Site Name.
*Optionally, you can enter a Contact Name and a Primary Email for that contact. You may also add an Additional Email, and a Phone Number.
5. Complete the rest of the application form by filling in the mandatory fields.
6. Click Validate to see the location in a map.
7. Select a Zone.
8. Add attachments if required.
9. Click Save.
