Users must be retained within the system to maintain the integrity of past transactions. Inactive users can be “Archived” to get them out-of-the-way. Once archived, users cannot be reactivated.
- Open the Account Management panel.
- Click on the Avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on Account Management.
- Archive the User.
- Use the checkbox to select the listing you wish to permanently archive.
- Click the Archive button.
- In the Archive confirmation window, click Yes.
