Users must be retained within the system in order to maintain the integrity of past transactions. Inactive users can be “Archived” in order to get them out-of-the-way. Once archived, users cannot be reactivated.
1. Open the Account Management panel.
1. Click on the Avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click on Account Management.
2. Archive the User.
1. Click on the Archive button ( ) to the right of the listing you wish to permanently susupend.
2. In the Archive confirmation window click Yes.
