How to Conduct a Three-Part Transaction – Diversys Helpdesk

	1. Tap the Create New Transaction button.
	2. In the Select a Transaction window, select the Three-Part Transaction type. i.e Filter Pickup
	3. Tap Scan QR Code.
	4. Using your mobile device’s built-in camera, scan the QR Code associated with the location where the transaction occurs. 5. Tap Accept when the location information appears.
	6. In the Inventory section, tap the Plus Sign button to add materials.
	7. Complete the Inventory section. Click on the Plus Sign button again to complete the addition of this material.
	8. When the Inventory section is completed, tap Next.
	9. In the Optional Info section you may: a. Capture Photo(s) b. Upload Documents c. Type in Comments 10. Tap Next.
	11. Complete the Signature Capture section. a. Enter your full name into the Name field. b. Tap into the Signature box and turn your device sideways in order to enter your signature. c. Tap Submit.
	12. Swipe right-to-left across the transaction to mark the product as Arrived once the product has been delivered to the destination.
