To start using Diversys, you must first activate your account after being invited. This article explains what to expect and how to complete the activation process.
Account Invitation Email
Once you are invited to Diversys, you will receive an email invitation asking you to activate your account. This email is required to complete your setup and gain access to the platform.
What to look for in the email:
- The sender will be invitations@diversyspro.com.
- The email will include a link to activate your account.
- The message will prompt you to complete your account setup.
How to Activate Your Account
- Open the Diversys invitation email.
- Click the link in the email.
- You will be redirected to a secure page to:
- Set your password
- Confirm your password
- Once completed, your account will be activated.
Accessing Diversys Mobile App
- After your account is activated:
- Download the Diversys mobile app from:
- Apple App Store, or
- Google Play Store
- Open the app on your mobile device.
- Log in using:
- Your email address
- The password you just created during activation
Didn’t Receive the Invitation Email?
If you don’t see the invitation email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm with your administrator that the correct email address was used.
- Ask your administrator to resend the invitation, if needed.
